Pig Trackers
Pig Trackers are devices that are used to track the passage and pinpoint locate a pipeline pig that is equipped with an appropriate transmitter. These devices enable operating and maintenance companies to minimize the costs involved with excavating and removing stuck pigs.

Receivers
Pig tracking sensors are utilized to indicate the passage of a pig past a given point in the line. This system can be linked to a SCADA package or simply used to provide an easy to see visual indication.

Portable Detectors
Portable holiday detectors are designed for various pipeline, plant, and other surface applications where the inspection surface remains stationary and the detector is moved over the inspection surface. High voltage detectors are used for thicker surface coatings, such as those used on pipelines and other industrial applications. low voltage, wet sponge detectors are used for thin film applications.

Thick Film Inspection
785
For thicker coatings such as coal tars, extruded and tape coatings, the Model 785 has a range of infinite voltage settings from 1,000 to 15,000 volts.

High Voltage DC
Durable, Reliable and Dependable, for decades the SPY® DC Holiday Detector was built to handle the most EXTREME environments!

product
High Voltage Pulse
For thicker coatings it has fully adjustable output voltage from 5 kilovolt to 25 kilovolts. For very demanding conditions, a sensitivity switch offers additional control.

Low Voltage Wet Sponge
Operates on a single 9-volt alkaline battery. Unit output voltage is 67.5 volts DC. This voltage makes the detector highly sensitive and accurate. Compact and light weight with no bulky battery packs allowing for non- destructive inspection of paints, epoxy paints and coatings 1-20 Mils.

High Voltage DC
Output voltage is infinitely adjustable from one to five kilovolts. Normal output voltage is direct current (DC).

In-plant Detectors
In-plant detectors are similar in design to the portable detectors. The key difference being, the inspection surface moves past the stationary detectors.

Transmitters
The Spy Pig Tracker is an electronic pig locating system that will locate your pigs wherever they go – through gathering lines, mainline transmission lines, municipal gas, water and waste water lines, refinery and other industrial piping.

Tracking Systems
Portable wand based systems are utilized to walk a pipeline to precisely locate a stuck pig. These systems allow for visual and audible indication of pig location.

High Voltage Pulse
For thicker coatings such as coal tars, extruded and tape coatings, It has a range of infinite voltage settings from 1,000 to 15,000 volts. This wide range permits you to maintain a steady inspection rate on most types of coatings on most pipe sizes without changing detectors. Pulse voltage output only.

In-plant Low Voltage Wet Sponge
Wet Sponge Holiday Detector for Plant or Stationary Operations is highly sensitive and accurate. A uniform coating of only one mil of paint or other non-conductive material over a metal surface is sufficient to repel a small current flow. If a pin-hole holiday is encountered, moisture from the sponge will seep into the hole and create a free path for electrical flow, activating the signal horn.

Rebar
Continuously monitors the coating line process as reinforcing bar runs through the RBRS dual-roller wet sponge electrodes unit. When a holiday is discovered, a red light flashes at the appropriate station on the detector unit for a visual indication, and the unit sends an eletrical output to a plug on the back of the unit. The MSRB signal output plugs drive any 120 Volt AC customer furnished horn, bell, recorder or computer.

Electrodes
Electrodes are offered in a wide variety of types. Spring electrodes are normally used in the inspection of pipes, although circular brush electrodes can also be used. Flat brush electrodes are used for flat surfaces. Brush materials can be of brass, steel or conductive neoprene construction. Internal electrodes are for testing internal pipe coatings.
