IQFROG
The IQFROG measures pulse intensity and phase in both spectral and temporal domains, yielding a complete pulse characterization. With its long delay arm and high resolution spectrometer, it measures chirped pulses up to 50 ps wide, or up to 10 ps wide if the pulse is transform limited.
