High Voltage Tester

Life Cyclic Durability Testing
Environment Associates can provide everything you need for cyclic durability testing and performance fixturing. Services include mechanical cycling to a position or load, fatigue cycling to a fixed load, rotational torque cycling, and simple push/pull cycling. EA can design your fixture with electro-dynamic, air, or hydraulic assistance to mechanically move your part. All of our fixtures can be manufactured to withstand a wide range of temperature, humidity and vibration inputs. To guarantee the quality and performance of inductive components such as inductors, chokes and transformers they are tested at their real-life operating point. If the inductor is designed to carry a DC current, then its inductance must be measured with that DC current present. Tests show that FixGenius’ rule-based probe-mapping algorithms reduce pin deflection by up to 25% compared with traditional fixturing packages. FixGenius comes with a powerful Fixture Editor that allows the user to change the probe mapping. If a solution is mathematically possible, FixGenius’ algorithms will find it, and pick the one with least deflection. If the job simply cannot be done with one single fixture, FixGenius will fully automatically split the test into multiple fixtures or into fixture and flying probe test sets, with guaranteed test integrity.
